Role Description
The Air Cargo Sales Executive – Consumer position is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. The responsibilities include developing and managing Far East & Africa retail customer relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent client service. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain up-to-date knowledge of air cargo and logistics trends.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management capabilities
Knowledge of air cargo, logistics, and freight forwarding operations
Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
Previous experience in air cargo or freight forwarding is an advantage
